Our Team
Our team of professionals is dedicated to serving clients with the knowledge and experience to manage properties of any size or complexity.
Western Way is owned and operated by brothers Scott and Todd Jackson. Their father, Colin Jackson, founded Western Way in 1973, and over the years Scott and Todd have worked in every conceivable area of the company. Both are graduates of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with majors in ornamental horticulture.
We provide employment for thirty-four full time workers, eight in construction and installation related activities, and twenty six in maintenance, sales and clerical work. Our company currently operates from one central location in Morgan Hill and services accounts in Alameda and Santa Clara counties.
